Lessons
All lessons are delivered online using either Teams or Zoom, with resources available for you through my secure e-learning platform. Ideally, your child will have access to Microsoft Office and a computer or tablet, as I frequently use my screen to demonstrate ideas and model written responses. Using a mobile phone is not recommended, but your child does not need to write directly on their own screen.
Lessons are fully tailored to your child’s needs and can adapt flexibly from week to week. They might want to concentrate on a particular topic area, practise specific exam questions, or have me review a piece of their written work to help them see how it could be improved to reach higher marks. If your child is unsure about where to start, I have a bank of exercises that will help me identify their needs and build their confidence over time.
All marking and feedback takes place during the lesson, giving your child the chance to ask questions and get immediate advice on how to structure their answers more effectively. For longer written pieces, some families choose to book an additional 30-minute session to focus specifically on writing technique and in-depth feedback.
If you would like to take advantage of additional session, these can be booked through a secure link that will be sent to you following our first session.

Making Payments
We understand that life is busy, and remembering to pay for each session can be a hassle. That’s why we’ve made the process simple, secure, and stress-free.
To keep everything running smoothly, we ask all clients to set up a Direct Debit. This allows us to collect payments automatically on agreed dates – no need to worry about reminders or bank transfers.
How It Works
1. Click the secure link that will be included in your welcome pack.
2. Enter your payment details (No money will be taken before our first session.)
3. That’s it! Payments will be collected automatically at the start of each session. You’ll always get an email at least 3 days in advance before any payment is taken.
One-Off or Extra Sessions?
If you’ve booked a one-off or an additional session, we’ll send you a secure payment link. Once you click it, the payment will be processed using your existing Direct Debit authorisation – no extra steps, no extra logins.
Please make sure payment is completed before the session begins. The link will be sent when you book, so everything’s sorted ahead of time.

How to Book Lessons
Schedule a Free 15-Minute Call
Click the link to book a quick introductory chat, where we’ll discuss your needs and the course you're currently taking.
Complete the Booking Form
After selecting your time slot, you’ll be prompted to fill out a short form that gives me some initial details to tailor our conversation.
Receive Terms & Set Up Payment
Following our call, I’ll send over my Terms and Conditions, a price list, and a Direct Debit mandate. If you’re ready to begin tutoring, simply complete the Direct Debit and sign the documents.
Get Your Welcome Pack
Once your paperwork is received, I’ll send you a Welcome Pack with a detailed pre-session form. This helps me prepare and ensure our sessions are fully aligned with your goals.
Select Your Tutoring Slot
After your form is returned, I’ll share a range of available time slots for you to choose your regular session schedule.
